1. Submitted by Dave for Lisa DiGirolamo| Leave Comment Submitted on Thursday May 17, 2012 8:06 AM Very fun, but also very knowledgeable and serious instructor. Works well with beginning to advanced students.
2. Submitted by Kyndle Kuchera for Nauder Motamedi| Leave Comment Submitted on Thursday April 26, 2012 1:07 PM Nauder's classes are truly one of a kind. He specializes in working with back injuries and proper spine alignment. I would highly recommend his classes to anyone looking for back pain relief or restorative back alignment.
3. Submitted by L.hosaluk for Dallas Kruszelnicki| Leave Comment Submitted on Wednesday April 11, 2012 2:24 AM Dallas's instructions are so well articulated- his verbal cues are clear and could allow for blind people to take part in his class and they would figure it out just through his instruction!

5. Submitted by Liisa Larson for Nancy Mohler| Leave Comment Submitted on Tuesday March 13, 2012 5:53 PM Nancy is an integral part of my daily Yoga Practice whether it is in one of her classes, an individual session via Skype or my personal asana/practice she helps me maintain. My practice is always evolving based on how I feel but everyday starts with The Breathe and flexibility in the shoulders, neck, spine and hips. I notice my posture is recaliming its youthful ease and confidence and the daily focused breathing allows me to maintain a positive perspective throughout the day. On paper it seems too simple but in practice Nancy helps me develop and use my Breathe to give me energy, relieve anxiety, focus, relax and enjoy the complexities of each day.
